Job summary

Stratco is seeking a motivated Production Team Member at Fyshwick, ACT to join our operations team manufacturing and assembling products for trade and retail customers. This is a permanent, full-time role, 8-hour day shift 7:30am–3:30pm.

You will operate metal folding, roll form and pressing machines, interpret drawings, maintain quality, and support a safe workplace. We value attention to detail, reliability, and a proactive, energetic approach.

Qualifications

• Essential: good attention to detail and quality.
• Desirable: at least 2 years of relevant work experience.
• Interpret product drawings and maintain high accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Manufacture goods to customers' requirements.
• Operate metal folding, roll form and pressing machines.
• Pick and pack products and interpret drawings.
• Participate in training on plant and equipment.
• Maintain safety and quality standards.

THE OPPORTUNITY

Stratco’s manufacturing and roll form facility is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Production Team Member to join their operations team to manufacture and assemble products for our trade and retail customer base.

This is permanent, full-time opportunity, working an 8-hour day shift 7:30am - 3:30pm.

Location: Fyshwick, ACT

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manufacturing goods to our customers' requirements
• Operating metal folding, roll form and pressing machines and general sheet metal equipment
• Picking and packing products
• Interpreting product drawings
• Participate in training in the use of specific items of plant and equipment
• Demonstrate attention to detail and be quality assurance focused
• Strict adherence to our critical safety rules & contributing to a safe working environment

ABOUT YOU

• Essential - Good attention to detail and quality
