Job summary

Stratco is hiring a Production Team Member for a full-time role based in Thornton, NSW, Australia. You will work Monday to Friday, interpreting drawings and supporting manufacturing to meet customer requirements.

The role involves operating roll form and sheet metal equipment, plus completing housekeeping tasks and safety responsibilities to maintain a safe working environment. Training will be provided as needed.

Qualifications

• Must be physically fit to undertake frequent movement and lifting tasks.
• Basic awareness of safety standards and moving parts.
• Manufacturing or sheet metal experience is desirable but not required.

Responsibilities

• Interpret product drawings and support manufacturing to customer requirements.
• Operate roll form and general sheet metal equipment.
• Maintain general housekeeping and safe working environment.
• Collaborate with team members and other departments as needed.
• Participate in training for plant and equipment items.
• Adhere strictly to safety rules and contribute to a safe workplace.

THE OPPORTUNITY

An exciting opportunity has become available at Stratco for a Production Team Member based in Thornton.

This is a full-time position, working Monday to Friday.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Interpreting product drawings and supporting manufacturing products to customer requirements
• Operating roll form and general sheet metal equipment
• General housekeeping tasks
• Collaborate with team members, other departments and projects as required
• Participate in training for specific items of plant and equipment
• Strict adherence to critical safety rules & contributing to a safe working environment
