Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or sales would be preferred.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Intermediate computer literacy with the ability to multitask and priorities workloads.

Responsibilities

• Process customer orders via phone and email accurately and efficiently.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships via phone and email, addressing product, pricing, order, stock, delivery, and account queries.
• Assist with pick packing orders to ensure timely delivery.
• Support branch operations and collaborate with team members to meet goals.
