Job summary

Motion Asia Pacific Pty in Grafton is seeking a customer-focused team player to join our supportive team. You will handle customer service and sales support, processing orders, quotes, and inquiries while building strong relationships with customers to tailor solutions.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service and sales.
• Ability to multitask and prioritise workloads.
• Intermediate computer literacy.
• Good communication and written skills.
• Team player to support other areas when required.
• Experience in industrial products (hose and fittings) is desirable but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and in person.
• Process customer orders, quotes, and inquiries efficiently and accurately.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
• Support the external sales team by preparing quotes, products, and assisting customer accounts.
• Assist with inventory management, including stock control and replenishment.
