Job summary

MOTION in Grafton, NSW is seeking a proactive team player with customer service and sales experience to join our supportive team. The role focuses on delivering exceptional service, processing orders and quotes, and supporting the external sales team with tailored solutions.

Inventory support and relationship building with customers are key aspects of the day-to-day work. We value ideas, energy, and growth, and offer recognition programs, a bonus scheme, and pathways for internal development,

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in the customer service and sales industry.
• The ability to multitask and prioritise your workloads.
• Computer literacy at an intermediate level.
• Good communication and written skills.
• Team player to support other areas when required.
• Experience in industrial products such as industrial hose and fittings is highly desirable but not essential.

Responsibilities

What your day looks like?
