Job summary

MOTION in Grafton, NSW is seeking a proactive team player with customer service and sales experience to join our supportive team. The role focuses on delivering exceptional service, processing orders and quotes, and supporting the external sales team with tailored solutions.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in the customer service and sales industry.
• The ability to multitask and prioritise your workloads.
• Computer literacy at an intermediate level.
• Good communication and written skills.
• Team player to support other areas when required.
• Experience in industrial products such as industrial hose and fittings is highly desirable but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and in person.
• Process customer orders, quotes, and inquiries efficiently and accurately.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
• Support the external sales team by preparing quotes, products, and assisting customer accounts.
• Assist with inventory management, including stock control and replenishment.
