Job summary

Motion is seeking an Internal Sales Team Member to join our Adelaide branch. You will be the key link between our products and customers, processing orders, answering inquiries, and building long-term relationships.

You’ll thrive in a supportive team, handle multiple tasks, and contribute to a national organisation with clear career progression. This permanent full-time role runs Monday to Friday, 8:00am–4:00pm, with salary reviews and staff benefits.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service or sales experience is preferred but not essential.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Process customer orders via phone and email accurately.
• Respond to product, price, stock, delivery, and account inquiries.
• Build strong, lasting customer relationships.
• Assist with pick packing to support timely deliveries.
• Support the branch team to achieve shared goals.
