Job summary

MOTION in Grafton, NSW, seeks a team player with customer service and sales experience to join our supportive team. You’ll deliver service via phone, email and in person, process orders and inquiries, and build relationships by understanding customer needs and offering tailored solutions.

You’ll assist the external sales team and inventory management. We offer uniforms, retail discounts, volunteer leave, parental top-up, and an Employee Assistance Program.

Qualifications

• Must have customer service and sales experience.
• Ability to multitask and prioritise workloads.
• Good written and verbal communication, and basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and in person.
• Process customer orders, quotes, and inquiries accurately.
• Develop and maintain relationships by understanding customer needs and offering tailored solutions.
• Support the external sales team by preparing quotes and assisting customer accounts.
• Assist with inventory management, including stock control and replenishment.
