Job summary

Karmot in Dandenong South is seeking an energetic internal sales and operations specialist to manage sales processing, purchasing, and customer interactions by phone, email and in person.

You will support external sales staff, handle orders, goods inwards/outwards, and assist in warehouse activities, in a busy head office.

The role requires attention to detail, teamwork, ERP and MS Office experience, and a flexible, hands-on approach in a hydraulic/industrial fluids environment.

Qualifications

• Experience working in a small team.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Positive and flexible attitude with ability to build and maintain relationships.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with ERP systems and Microsoft Office software.
• Comfortable in a hands-on and varied role.

This is a full-time opportunity working 8:00am to 4:30pm, Monday to Thursday & 7:30am-4pm Friday. Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will work in an internal sales and operations role covering a range of day-to-day duties in a busy head office environment.

Key responsibilities

• Sales and purchasing processing and monitoring
• Managing key customer account interactions end to end mainly over the phone, face to face and via email
• Supporting external sales staff as required
• Processing, and assisting with picking and packing orders
• Help manage goods inwards and outwards inspection
• Assisting in warehouse as required
