CEDRAY P/L in Australia is seeking an Internal Sales & Warehouse Assistant to provide frontline customer service and hands-on warehouse support.

You will assist customers by phone, email, and in person, prepare quotes, enter orders, and collaborate with sales and purchasing teams. The role suits someone with 1–2 years in internal sales or warehousing, good communication, basic computer skills, and a willingness to learn fasteners.

• 1–2 years of relevant experience required.
• Strong communication skills and a helpful attitude.
• Basic computer skills (ERP systems a bonus).
• A willingness to learn about fasteners and related products.

About the Role

In this dual role, you will support both internal sales and warehouse operations, helping ensure our customers receive the best service and our products are handled with care.

• Assist customers via phone, email, and in-person at the counter
• Prepare quotes, enter orders, and follow up on enquiries
• Build strong relationships with new and existing customers
• Provide product knowledge and recommend fastener solutions
• Work closely with sales, purchasing, and warehouse teams

About You

You will succeed in this role if you have:

• Experience in internal sales, customer service, or warehousing
• 1-2 years of relevant experience required
• Strong communication skills and a helpful attitude
• Basic computer skills (ERP systems a bonus)
• A willingness to learn about fasteners and related products
• Ability to multitask and thrive in a hands-on environment
• Forklift licence (preferred, not essential)
