Job summary

Global Valve Manufacturer in Western Australia seeks an experienced Internal Sales professional to support mining, water and power projects. You will quote, assist customers, and build strong relationships across a busy WA market.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years' experience in customer service, sales or sales support.
• Experience with mechanical products such as plumbing, pumps, pneumatics or hydraulics.
• Confidence preparing quotes and handling product enquiries.
• Ability to learn technical products quickly.
• Strong organisation, accuracy and communication skills.
• A positive attitude and a genuine team mindset.
• Experience with valves or controls is helpful, but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Prepare clear, accurate quotes from customer enquiries.
• Respond promptly and help customers find the right products.
• Build strong customer relationships, including some face-to-face meetings.
• Work with a driven, supportive team.
• Enjoy flexibility and independence in how you organise your day.
