National Poly Industries is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to elevate our internal sales function across Clark Tanks and Team Poly Tanks. You will report to the CEO, shaping sales strategy, developing talent and converting customer opportunities into measurable revenue growth.

You will lead a multi-location team, set targets, drive campaigns with Marketing and ensure strong customer journeys and retention across Queensland and beyond.

Formación

• Experience leading an internal/inside sales team across multiple locations.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and revenue growth.
• Strong coaching and talent-development capability.
• Experience partnering with Marketing to generate and convert leads.
• Knowledge of distributor, merchant or trade channel networks.
• Excellent commercial judgement and stakeholder management.

Responsabilidades

• Lead, coach and develop a high-performing internal sales team across multiple locations.
• Set clear targets and build accountability, collaboration and customer focus.
• Execute sales strategies delivering revenue, conversion and growth targets.
• Drive outbound activity, client retention and account development.
• Partner with Marketing on campaigns, product launches and lead-conversion initiatives.
• Support key opportunities, complex negotiations and customer escalations.
• Utilise pipeline, CRM and market insights to guide decisions and advise senior leadership.
• Improve sales processes, compliance, productivity and customer experience.
