Job summary

National Poly Industries is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead our internal sales function across Clark Tanks and Team Poly Tanks from our Australia sites in SA or QLD. You will shape sales strategy, develop talent and convert opportunities into measurable revenue growth.

You’ll lead a multi-location team, drive revenue targets and partner with Marketing on campaigns and launches. A strong track record in inside-sales and customer-focused growth is essential.

Qualifications

• Proven success leading internal, inside-sales or multi-location teams.
• Track record of achieving sales targets and revenue growth.
• Confident coaching, performance management and talent development.
• Experience partnering with Marketing to generate, nurture and convert leads.
• Knowledge of merchant, distributor or trade channel networks.
• Strong commercial judgement, communication and stakeholder-management skills.
• Proficiency with CRM platforms, sales analytics tools and Microsoft 365.
• Relevant qualification in business, sales, marketing or related discipline.
• Willingness to travel interstate and interest in water and sustainability.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a high-performing, multi-location internal sales team.
• Set clear targets and foster accountability, collaboration and customer focus.
• Execute sales strategies delivering revenue, conversion and growth targets.
• Drive outbound activity, customer retention and account development.
• Partner with Marketing on campaigns, product launches and lead-conversion initiatives.
• Support key opportunities, complex negotiations and customer escalations.
• Use pipeline, CRM and market insights to guide decisions and advise senior leadership.
• Improve sales processes, compliance, productivity and customer experience.
