The Role

Key Responsibilities

• Build and nurture strong customer relationships, focusing on key accounts to ensure retention and loyalty.
• Ensure timely delivery of customer orders, maintaining high standards of service excellence.
• Proactively engage with customers over the phone, identifying opportunities to upsell and drive sales interest.

Salary and Benefits

• Competitive base salary of $70,000 to $80,000 per annum, plus additional superannuation.
• Lucrative commission structure - $10,000 to $15,000
