Job summary

Sense Recruitment is partnering with a long-established Australian manufacturer and supplier of electrical cable products in Jandakot, WA, to hire an Internal Sales Coordinator. This hands-on role focuses on customer quotes, order processing and ensuring smooth enquiry-to-delivery flow, with no cold calling.

You will work with existing customers, prepare accurate quotes, respond to inquiries, coordinate deliveries and collaborate with the external sales team, warehouse and internal stakeholders

Qualifications

• Experience in electrical wholesale, cable supply, or related distribution.
• Experience in internal sales, sales support or customer service within electrical industry.
• Strong quote accuracy, pricing and order-entry skills.
• Proficient with Excel and ERP systems.

We're working with an established Australian manufacturer and supplier of electrical cable products looking for an experienced Internal Sales Coordinator to join their Jandakot team.

This is a hands-on internal sales role where you'll be looking after existing customers, preparing quotes, processing orders and making sure everything runs smoothly from enquiry through to delivery.

And the best part? No cold calling or chasing new business!

There's a dedicated external sales team bringing in opportunities, so your focus will be on customer relationships, quoting and keeping sales moving.

What we're looking for

Electrical industry experience is key!

Ideally, you've worked in electrical wholesale, cable supply, electrical products or a similar distribution environment.

You might currently be working in internal sales, sales support, branch sales or customer service within the electrical industry.

You'll be someone who enjoys dealing with customers, understands electrical products, is confident preparing quotes and knows how important it is to get pricing and orders right.

You'll also be organised, commercially minded, comfortable juggling competing priorities and confident using Excel and sales or ERP systems.
