Job summary

Adecco Group is seeking an Internal Sales Coordinator for an initial contract in Australia. You will support customers, handle orders, prepare quotes and liaise with warehouse teams to ensure timely delivery. This role emphasizes strong communication, accuracy and a proactive, team-oriented mindset.

The position offers a Monday to Friday schedule with no weekend work and a supportive team environment in a well-established industrial equipment client base across Australia.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in internal sales, customer service, sales support or order processing.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Comfortable working with ERP systems and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to prioritise tasks and manage multiple responsibilities.
• Team-oriented with a proactive and positive attitude.
• Warehouse or inventory exposure will be highly regarded.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer enquiries via phone and email.
• Provide product information, pricing, stock availability and lead time updates.
• Prepare quotations and accurately process customer orders.
• Follow up on outstanding orders and customer requests.
• Assist with customer complaints, returns and credit enquiries.
• Support warehouse operations with order checking, packing and dispatch activities as required.
• Assist with light assembly and packaging of products to meet operational requirements.
• Maintain accurate records and provide high-quality customer service.

Reporting to the Internal Sales Supervisor, you will play a key role in supporting customers and managing day-to-day sales administration activities.
