Job summary

Bison Project Group in Campbellfield, VIC, is seeking an Internal Sales Administrator / Customer Service Representative to join our growing team. You will be the first point of contact for customers, supporting the sales team from enquiry through to job completion.

This full-time role involves handling inbound enquiries, preparing quotations, processing orders, scheduling deliveries, and coordinating with operations.

Qualifications

• Experience in internal sales, customer service or sales administration.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
• High attention to detail.
• Confidence using Microsoft Office and CRM systems; familiarity with XERO, Work Guru, Bin Manager is a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Responding to inbound sales enquiries via phone and email.
• Proactively identifying and following up new sales opportunities.
• Preparing quotations and converting enquiries into sales.
• Processing customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Scheduling demolition and skip bin deliveries, collections and bookings.
• Coordinating customer requirements with our operations team.
• Building long-term relationships through exceptional customer service.
• Maintaining accurate customer records within our CRM system.
• General administration and sales support duties such as permit applications and leads processing.
• Assisting customers with product and service information across divisions.
• General administration tasks.

As our business continues to grow, we're looking for a motivated and customer-focused Internal Sales Administrator / Customer Service Representative to join our friendly team based in Campbellfield.

About the Role

As the first point of contact for many of our customers, you'll play an important role in supporting our sales team and ensuring a smooth customer experience from enquiry through to job completion.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Confidence using Microsoft Office and CRM systems, XERO, Work Guru, Bin Manager a bonus
• A proactive attitude with excellent problem-solving skills
• The ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment
• A genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer service

Highly regarded (but not essential):

• Experience within waste management, demolition, construction, transport or recycling industries.
