Cyklop Australia in Derrimut, VIC is seeking a Customer Service / Internal Sales professional to join a close-knit team. This full-time, on-site role spans customer service, administration and outbound sales, with standard Monday to Friday hours and on-site parking.

You will process invoices, perform data entry, make outbound calls to industrial and commercial clients, qualify leads and support the external sales team while maintaining accurate records and high service levels.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in customer service, internal sales, administration or a similar role.
• Confidence and resilience when making outbound calls and handling rejection.
• Professional and confident telephone manner.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and accurate data entry.
• Ability to manage high-volume activity while maintaining accuracy.
• Good computer skills, including Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Experience with Pronto ERP or similar system welcomed.
• Experience in packaging, industrial or distribution environments advantageous.
• Cold calling, lead generation or appointment-setting experience valued.

Join a growing national business in a varied role combining customer service, administration and outbound sales.

Cyklop Australia is a leading national supplier of industrial packaging consumables, supporting commercial and industrial distributors across Australia with high-quality strapping, steel and tape products.

We are looking for a motivated Customer Service / Internal Sales professional to join our close-knit team in Derrimut. This is a full-time, on-site role working Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 4:00pm, with no weekend work and on-site parking available.

About the Role

You will play a key role across customer service, administration and outbound sales.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Processing and releasing customer invoices across our three national warehouses
• Completing accurate data entry using Pronto ERP
• Making outbound calls to targeted industrial and commercial businesses
• Introducing customers to our range of strapping, steel and tape products
• Qualifying leads and booking appointments for the external sales team
• Responding to inbound customer calls and emails
• Maintaining call lists, sales activity and customer records
• Supporting the wider team with general administration

About You

To be successful in this role, you will bring:
