Job summary

Metcash Limited's Warringah Timbers team is seeking an Inside Sales team member for a full-time, office-based role in Sydney. This position blends office administration with hands-on customer service, handling enquiries, quotes and orders while coordinating deliveries.

You will drive sales by engaging customers over the phone or by email, create and process purchase orders, and support Trade Account Managers with daily tasks. A medical assessment is required before you start.

About the role

Do you enjoy a balance of office work and hands-on operations servicing customers?

Due to an internal promotion, the Warringah Timbers team is on the lookout for a reliable and flexible team player to join us as an Inside Sales team member on a full-time basis.

This role operates a full time hour week across Monday to Friday (with occasional half Saturdays). You'll be responsible for a variety of tasks, from responding to phone enquiries, organising deliveries, processing customer orders, preparing quotes and processing customer transactions in store.

You will need to complete a medical assessment prior to starting with Warringah Timbers.
