Job summary

Cemoh Pty Ltd. in Brisbane is seeking an experienced internal communications manager for an eight-month contract. You will lead the sign-off plan, craft executive communications, and ensure a single, consistent narrative across the organisation.

This hybrid Brisbane role reports to the Marketing Engagement Manager, leads one internal communications team member, and collaborates with Marketing, People & Culture and the Executive team. The position runs from early November 2026 to May/June 2027.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in internal or corporate communications, ideally in a fast-growing technology or B2B business.
• A writer executives trust; can capture a senior leader's voice.
• Event comms experience delivering town halls, kick-offs or similar large internal events.
• A doer as well as a thinker; comfortable at the executive table and writing the copy.
• Strong stakeholder skills across Marketing, People & Culture and the leadership team.
• Ready to hit the ground running from early November.

• Manage integrated communications so Marketing, People & Culture and leadership tell one consistent story.
• Plan and deliver communications for company kick-offs, onboarding week, town halls and major internal campaigns.
• Partner with People & Culture on key initiatives from announcement to follow-up.
• Write and coordinate executive communications, including content for the EVP of Sales, and produce updates for the leadership group.

What you'll do

Run the plan

• Deliver the internal communications plan across the business, channel by channel, week by week.
• Manage integrated communications so that Marketing, People & Culture and the leadership team all tell one consistent story.

Own the big moments

• Plan and deliver communications for the company kick-off, onboarding week, town halls and other major internal events and campaigns.
• Partner closely with People & Culture on their key initiatives, from the first announcement to the follow-up.

Be the executive voice

• Work directly with executives to write and coordinate their communications, including content for a newly appointed EVP of Sales.
• Produce regular updates and communications for the executive leadership group.

Celebrate the wins

• Create and run customer win communications so every significant deal is shared, celebrated and connected back to the people who made it happen.

Lead and create

• Write and produce internal content across every channel: news, email, intranet, video scripts, speaking notes and event material.
• Lead, coach and develop one internal communications team member.

About you

• 5+ years in internal or corporate communications, ideally in a fast-growing technology or B2B business.

Nice to have

• B2B technology or SaaS experience.
• A degree in communications, journalism, marketing or similar.
