Crawford and Company is seeking a Property Claims Consultant in NSW, Australia. You will manage a portfolio of property claims from lodgement to resolution, supporting customers while building claims expertise.

The role requires 1+ year in claims or general insurance, with strong communication and organisational skills. Hybrid work arrangements apply, with 3 days in the office and 2 days from home. Ongoing training is provided to grow your expertise.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in claims, general insurance or a similar claims-focused role.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Excellent organisation and attention to detail.
• Confidence managing competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• A positive, proactive approach and willingness to continue learning.
• Previous exposure to property claims.
• Experience working within an insurer, loss adjuster or claims management environment.
• Certificate IV in Loss Adjusting or a General Insurance-related qualification

We are ideally looking for someone with at least 1 year experience in claims or general insurance who is confident communicating with customers and stakeholders and keen to continue developing their career.

What You Will Be Doing
