Job summary

Crawford is seeking a Property Claims Consultant in Australia to manage a portfolio of property claims from lodgement to resolution. You will support customers through the claims process, review documentation and policies, and liaise with insurers and service providers.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year in claims or general insurance, strong communication skills and a proactive attitude. The role offers hybrid work with three days in the office and two days from home, plus ongoing training
