Job summary

Crawford is hiring a Property Claims Consultant in Australia, offering a permanent hybrid role with three days in the office and two days work-from-home. You will manage a portfolio of property claims from lodgement to resolution while supporting customers and expanding your technical claims knowledge.

Ideal candidates have 1+ year in claims or general insurance, strong communication, and excellent organization.

• Assisting with claim assessments, reserves and settlement outcomes.
