Job summary

Derwent Search Pty seeks an Interim Head of Technology for a six-month engagement in Sydney to own and optimise core technology platforms and support growth, including ERP, data warehousing and analytics.

The candidate will manage IT roadmap, budget, external MSPs, NetSuite administration, Power BI and data reporting, driving readiness for system divestment while enabling AI initiatives.

Qualifications

• Hands-on leadership experience in technology leadership roles.
• Experience aligning IT strategy with business growth and divestment readiness.
• Proven ability to manage budgets and external vendor relationships.

Responsibilities

• Own the IT roadmap and budget and report progress to the executive team.
• Manage the NetSuite environment, including administration, workflows, customisation and enhancements.
• Maintain the data warehouse and Power BI reporting, and mature business analytics across all divisions.
• Manage the managed services provider relationship and complete the transition to in-house IT support.
• Be the point of contact for the business for all technology and data related issues.
