Job summary

RecordPoint is seeking a Technical Consultant to join the Onboarding & Delivery team. You connect a customer’s data estate to our platform and drive first-value delivery, ensuring a smooth, repeatable onboarding process.

You will deploy connectors, manage integrations, and produce clear runbooks while collaborating with a skilled team to help customers go live quickly and successfully.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in SaaS implementation, technical onboarding, or information management delivery.
• Hands-on experience deploying connectors, configuring metadata, or working with integration tooling.
• Solid grounding in cloud solution design and deployment; comfortable with databases, networking, and authentication.
• Experience migrating customers from on-premise systems to modern cloud platforms.
• Structured, quality-first approach with strong written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead customer onboardings from kickoff through first value, coordinating with customers and onboarding lead.
• Deploy and configure connectors linking customer data sources to RecordPoint using deployment playbooks.
• Manage data source integrations, authentication, and metadata configuration; produce reusable runbooks.
• Troubleshoot integration issues and escalate architectural exceptions to Solutions & Architecture.
• Prepare evidence showing customers are ready to go live and achieved first-value milestone.
• Post-live, collaborate on organization-specific configuration, data migrations, and non-standard connectors.
