Job summary

Victoria Police is seeking an experienced Enterprise Master Scheduler to establish and mature enterprise scheduling across the organisation. You will drive scheduling standards, assurance, and integrated delivery planning, partnering with the EPMO Director and program leaders to provide an evidence-based view of delivery performance.

Qualifications

Experience in project controls, scheduling or PMO in large organisations.
Advanced scheduling, critical path, dependency management and baseline management skills.
Experience conducting schedule assurance, health checks and independent reviews.

Responsibilities

Lead establishment and continuous improvement of enterprise scheduling standards, practices and controls across projects and programs.
Provide independent schedule assurance and improve delivery confidence.
Monitor portfolio performance and identify schedule risks and dependencies.
Develop schedule recovery strategies with project teams.
Facilitate enterprise planning activities and dependency management.
Lead schedule health checks and assurance activities.
Provide enterprise-wide reporting and insights for governance and investment decisions.
