Victoria Police seeks an experienced Enterprise Master Scheduler to lead scheduling across projects and programs within the newly established EPMO. You will promote enterprise standards, run schedule assurance, and provide an integrated view of delivery performance to governance bodies.

You will work with project leaders to develop recovery strategies and improve planning maturity, ensuring dependable delivery across the organisation. A flexible, inclusive workplace supports staff development.

Formación

• Significant experience in project controls, scheduling or PMO functions within large, complex organisations.
• Advanced expertise in schedule development, critical path analysis and forecasting.
• Proven ability to provide schedule assurance, health checks and reporting to senior stakeholders.
• Experience enabling governance through planning insights and performance analysis.

Responsabilidades

• Lead establishment and continuous improvement of enterprise scheduling standards across projects and programs.
• Provide independent schedule assurance and assess plan realism.
• Monitor portfolio performance and identify schedule risks and dependencies.
• Develop schedule recovery strategies with project teams.
• Facilitate enterprise planning activities and integrated delivery planning.
• Lead schedule health checks and assurance activities.
• Provide enterprise-wide reporting and insights to support governance.
• Collaborate with practice leads to improve planning maturity and delivery capability.
