Job summary

CPA Australia seeks an Integrated Scheduler to develop and maintain the Integrated Master Schedule for a multi-year enterprise transformation. Qualifications

• Integrated scheduling, program planning, project controls or portfolio planning experience in large, complex transformation programs.
• Advanced capability with enterprise scheduling tools such as Microsoft Project, OnePlan, Primavera P6 or an equivalent platform.
• Proven experience coordinating schedules across multiple projects, workstreams, vendors and stakeholder groups.
• Strong skills in critical path analysis, dependency management, forecasting and schedule risk assessment.
• Experience preparing clear schedule insights and reporting for senior leaders and governance forums.
• A sound understanding of Agile, Waterfall and hybrid delivery methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the program’s Integrated Master Schedule, consolidating project, workstream and vendor schedules.
• Maintain baselines, milestones, stage gates and key delivery checkpoints while safeguarding schedule integrity.
• Identify and manage dependencies, critical paths, delivery constraints and schedule risks.
• Analyse schedule performance, variances and forecasts, and recommend practical recovery or mitigation options.
• Produce executive dashboards and reporting for program leadership, steering committees and governance forums.
• Partner with program and project leaders, workstream leads and vendors to support integrated planning and informed decision-making.
• Provide specialist advice on scheduling methodologies, tools and planning techniques, and help improve scheduling processes and standards.

Your day to day duties will include:

• Develop and maintain the program’s Integrated Master Schedule, consolidating project, workstream and vendor schedules.
