  • Coordinate with emergency services, field crews, and internal teams to manage incidents such as breakdowns, accidents, and hazards—minimising disruption and ensuring public safety
  • Incident Management and Traffic Management plans will become second nature to you, you will create these with ease to ensure our roads run more efficiently and safely when things don’t go to plan
  • Your curious mind will drive you to think bigger, and find new ways to improve our processes, traffic management, and make recommendations
  • Provide accurate, real‑time updates to stakeholders, media, and the public using digital platforms and variable message signs—ensuring transparency and informed travel decisions

Requirements and skills
  • Experience in a monitoring centre, control room, or operational environment—ideally with exposure to traffic control, emergency response, or incident management
  • Computer smart and analytical, you’re fascinated with new technology and systems - you like to jump in the deep end
  • Driven, resilient and efficient, showing confidence and professionalism no matter how challenging the situation is
  • Organised, efficient and decisive in prioritising the tasks that count, all while juggling multiple tasks
  • Experienced in writing reports and you know which important details to include so the operation runs smoothly
