Job summary

Randstad Defence in Canberra is seeking an Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) Lead to coordinate and deliver ILS requirements for Australian Defence projects, ensuring customer acceptance and on-time delivery.

The ideal candidate holds tertiary qualifications in mechanical or electrical disciplines or ILS related fields, with 3+ years leading an ILS team in Defence, and a solid grasp of Systems Engineering processes. Australian citizenship and Baseline clearance are required.

Qualifications

• Ideally 3+ years of experience leading an ILS team in a Defence environment.
• Understanding of defence Systems Engineering lifecycle and how Logistics Engineering fits within Systems Engineering processes.
• Strong interpersonal and analytical skills.
• Australian citizenship and eligibility for Baseline security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Identify, capture and allocate all logistics requirements to resources.
• Review and update ILS documents (e.g., Integrated Support plans, codification data, Technical Data lists).
• Deliver all logistic requirements for the project and secure customer acceptance.
• Perform FMECA, LORA, RCM, and LSAR analyses to support lifecycle maintenance.
• Liaise with Commonwealth (CoA) for ILS activities.
