Job summary

Cleared Recruitment is seeking a Senior Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) Manager for a 12-month contract with multiple locations across Australia. You will support sustainment and operational readiness of complex, mission-critical systems within a Defence environment, working with engineering, operations and project teams to develop effective sustainment strategies.

Senior Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) Manager

An opportunity is available for an experienced Senior Integrated Logistics Support Manager to support the sustainment and operational readiness of complex, mission-critical systems within a Defence environment.

Working alongside engineering, operations and project teams, you will help develop and coordinate effective sustainment strategies, ensuring supportability is considered throughout the system lifecycle.

• Translate system requirements into practical sustainment and support solutions.




• Analyse availability, reliability, maintainability and lifecycle cost data to identify risks and improve outcomes.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• Experience in Integrated Logistics Support, sustainment management or logistics engineering.




• Experience developing and implementing ILS or sustainment programs for complex systems.




• Experience supporting aviation, Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance (ISR), or other mission-critical systems.




• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to assess supportability data and identify sustainment risks.




• Excellent organisational and stakeholder management skills.




• Experience preparing acquisition and support documentation within Defence environments.




• A degree in Engineering, ICT, Supply Chain or a related discipline.
