Job summary

Hertz Melbourne is seeking a proactive Key Account Manager in Insurance & Replacement to grow profitable revenue by retaining and expanding motor insurance and replacement accounts within a defined territory. You will own strategic relationships with our most important customers and partner teams to deliver value.

The role requires collaboration across internal departments, tender support, and planning, with opportunities for remote work up to 2 days per week and a strong focus on wellbeing,

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in Field Sales managing a complex multi-layered product/service, with motor insurance providers or related transportation services.
• Excellent customer relationship management and negotiation skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail.
• Ability to liaise with senior executives and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of key insurance and replacement accounts within the assigned territory.
• Manage logistics, projects, and tenders end-to-end including weather-related events when required.
• Collaborate with internal Hertz teams and franchisees to meet customer KPIs.
• Identify growth opportunities and improve profitability in the region.
