Qualifications

• Must have account management experience in an insurance brokerage with SME clients.
• Tier 1 compliant and detail-oriented with strong organisational skills.
• Experience with WinBeat and OfficeTech is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Manage an SME portfolio end to end including renewals, policy servicing, claims and debtors.
• Generate new business and maintain strong client relationships.
• Prepare renewals and service policies across the portfolio.
• Collaborate with support staff as workload requires.
