Gumtree Group in Victoria is seeking a results-driven Key Account Manager to join our Motors Team. You will nurture strategic client relationships across Autotrader Group brands, develop opportunities, and help execute our sales strategy to drive value for partners.

This field role offers hybrid work, training and development, and a supportive environment where you can own your pipeline, exceed quarterly targets, and grow with our team as we expand Australia’s leading classifieds network.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Key Account Manager or experience in sales delivering solutions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to provide exceptional customer service.
• Excellent organisational, influencing, and negotiation skills.
• Data-driven approach to decisions.
• Self-starter with initiative and ability to work independently.
• Salesforce experience would be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Create a positive customer experience by representing our brand with integrity and building relationships with Autotrader Group, CarsGuide and Gumtree.
• Provide exceptional customer service and recommend solutions to achieve ROI for customers.
• Keep up to date with Autotrader Group products, services, market conditions, advertising, and trends.
• Be the primary point of contact for customers on Autotrader Group matters.
• Grow the pipeline and achieve/exceed quarterly sales targets.
• Understand site performance in key areas and ensure quarterly visitation cycles and service levels.
• This is a field role.
