Hooker & Heijden in Melbourne's North Western Suburbs is seeking an Account Executive to manage an SME insurance portfolio from renewals to new business and debtors. This office-based role operates five days a week with support staff as needed.

You will service SME clients worth $300k-$400k in income, develop new business, build relationships, and ensure accurate policy support and claims handling.

Qualifications

• You’ll have account management experience with an insurance brokerage, looking after SME clients.
• Tier 1 compliant, with strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Ideally you’ll bring WinBeat and OfficeTech experience; proficiency in Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Managing a portfolio of SME clients worth $300k to $400k in income
• Preparing renewals and providing policy support across the portfolio
