Aon plc is seeking a Broker Support – Insurance service specialist to assist Account Brokers with client insurance needs. The role focuses on administration, client communications and renewal activities, in a hybrid work setting with opportunities for development and growth.

Ideal candidates will have a passion for developing an insurance career, strong administration and customer service skills, and the ability to work in a collaborative team while meeting tight timelines.

Qualifications

• Experience in a client-service or administrative role.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proactive, customer-focused with excellent communication.

Responsabilités

• Provide administration support to Account Brokers for client insurance needs.
• Communicate with clients via phone, email and in person to support insurance requirements.
• Assist with pre-renewal, renewal and post-renewal activities including quotations and certificates.
