Job summary

atWork Australia is seeking an experienced instructional design professional for a 6-month contract to design and deliver Community Services learning programs for frontline employment services teams. The role focuses on creating content, collaborating with subject matter experts, and building capability across the business.

You'll design programs across modalities, manage multiple projects, monitor outcomes, and ensure mandatory training compliance.

Qualifications

• Significant instructional design experience across all learning modalities.
• Commercially minded; design learning solutions aligned to business needs.
• Strong project and stakeholder management with the ability to influence outcomes.
• Analytical and solutions-focused; use data to identify capability gaps and learning opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Support LMS administration, ensuring compliance and mandatory training requirements are met.
• Facilitate engaging training programs for diverse audiences across Australia.

Job Description

Design learning programs in Community Services

We're looking for an experienced instructional design professional to join atWork Australia on a 6-month contract. This is aproject focused role creating Community Services based learning programs for our frontline employment services teams.

This is not a traditional training facilitation role. You'll spend most of your time designing learning solutions, developing engaging content, and partnering with internal and external subject matter experts to build capability across the business.
