Responsibilities

• Collaborate with leadership to define highly effective teacher practice.
• Lead whole-school improvement strategies related to curriculum delivery.
• Facilitate professional learning, observation feedback and peer collaboration.
• Provide evidence-based feedback to teachers to inform development.
• Mentor and coach teachers and supervise student teachers.
• Use student data to inform teaching approaches.
