You will coordinate schedules, manage deliveries, and communicate with customers and contractors to deliver exceptional service from start to finish. Ideal candidates are highly organised, proactive, and capable of handling multiple priorities in a fast-paced

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Coordinate project schedules and deliveries from initiation to completion.
• Communicate with customers and contractors to keep projects on track.
• Build strong relationships with internal teams and clients.
• Maintain proactive communication to ensure a positive customer experience.
• Manage priorities and adapt quickly to changing project needs.
• Support customers from quotation through to project completion.

Matrix Steel is looking to appoint a full-time, permanent Customer Service & Scheduling Coordinator to join our Wide Bay team servicing projects across the region. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated individual to become an integral part of our growing team.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Supporting customers from quotation through to project completion.
• Coordinating schedules, deliveries, and project activities.
• Building strong relationships with customers, contractors, and internal teams.
• Keeping projects organised and on track through proactive communication.
• Solving problems and helping deliver a positive customer experience.
• Managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced and rewarding environment.

Skills & Attributes:

• Preferred – Roofing experience or knowledge.
• Highly organised and driven individual.
• Pro-Active and self-driven.
• Ability to think on your feet / adapt to situations as needed.
• Strong personable skills to deal with many different people.
