Job summary

Allianz is seeking a Claims Performance and Insights Specialist in Sydney to strengthen financial analysis capabilities and deliver actionable insights across GI Claims, especially Motor and Property portfolios.

You will develop reporting frameworks, dashboards, and scorecards, translating data into business recommendations while collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive improvements and outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience in claims, insurance, finance, consulting, business intelligence, or operational performance analysis with exposure to performance reporting and business insights.
• Strong numerical, accounting, and analytical background with ability to interpret complex data and identify trends.
• Excellent communication to present complex analysis to stakeholders and drive decisions.

Responsibilities

• Support business performance management across GI Claims, focusing on Motor and Property portfolios.
• Develop and maintain performance reporting frameworks, dashboards, scorecards, and portfolio reporting to monitor key metrics.
• Investigate, analyse and interpret data from multiple sources to identify trends, drivers, anomalies, risks, and improvement opportunities.
• Conduct root-cause analysis and partner with Claims teams to design, implement, and monitor performance improvement initiatives.
• Deliver actionable insights, recommendations, and high-quality reports, presentations, and stakeholder updates to support decision-making.
