Sportsbet Pty Ltd in Melbourne is seeking an Insights Analyst to turn complex data into clear, actionable insights that improve decision-making and customer experience. You’ll focus on Value, Premium and Highly Engaged segments, delivering analytics projects that create efficiency and business impact.

You’ll analyse large datasets, lead end-to-end studies, partner with stakeholders, and translate analytics into compelling data stories and visuals for presentations.

Qualifications

• Advanced SQL or equivalent data-querying capability.
• Experience using BI tools such as Power BI and dashboard design.
• Experience in business analysis, requirements gathering, data extraction and manipulation.
• A bachelor’s degree or higher qualification in business, mathematics, finance, CS, data science or related field.

Responsibilities

• Analyse large datasets to produce meaningful insights and commercially focused recommendations.
• Lead end-to-end analytical projects that support informed, customer-led decisions.
• Partner with stakeholders to understand objectives and align analytics to business needs.
• Bring complex analysis to life through data stories, visualisations and presentations.
• Proactively identify opportunities for analysis, optimisation, experimentation and improved reporting.
