Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in data, analytics, marketing analytics, or related discipline with ability to translate data into actionable business recommendations.
• Strong technical and reporting capability including advanced Excel, Power Query, dashboards and reporting using Power BI or Looker Studio.
• Exposure to workflow automation tools and ability to analyze customer journeys to optimise outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Analyse data from customer lifecycle and collaborate with marketing, CX, digital and operations teams to uncover insights.
• Maintain dashboards and monitor key metrics to improve reporting and performance.
• Support data quality, reporting processes and automate workflows to improve data usage across the organisation.
