Job summary

Sportsbet Pty Ltd. is seeking an Insights Analyst to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights across the organisation, with a focus on Value, Premium and Highly Engaged customer areas.

You will deliver analytical projects that improve efficiency, inform decision making, and strengthen the customer experience. You will collaborate with stakeholders, lead end-to-end analyses, and bring data-driven stories to life using BI tools, dashboards, and compelling presentations.

Qualifications

• Advanced SQL or equivalent data-querying capability and strong Excel skills.
• Experience with BI and data-visualisation tools (Power BI) including dashboards.
• Experience in business analysis, requirements gathering, and data extraction.
• Bachelor's degree or higher in business, mathematics, finance, CS, data science, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Analyse large datasets to produce meaningful insights and recommendations.
• Lead end-to-end analytical projects to support informed decisions.
• Partner with stakeholders to align outcomes with business needs.
• Create data stories with visuals and presentations.
• Identify opportunities for analysis, optimisation and reporting improvements.
