Are you ready to be the driving force behind exceptional sales and customer service? Based in our office in Kooragang, you'll be part of our Customer Care Centre Team, proactively handling outbound and inbound hire and sales activities nationwide.

Responsibilities

• Establish new hire and sales accounts by proactively responding to inbound customer calls and conducting outbound calls
• Process rental quotes, reservations and contracts
• Keep the momentum going with follow-up calls
• Generate leads for new business and communicate leads
• Warm call on lost and/or dormant accounts to retain business
