Synnex Australia, a leading IT distributor, seeks an Inside Sales Representative for our Melbourne office. You will maximise business and customer satisfaction by building strong relationships, delivering excellent service, and growing existing business within a sales team.

Based in Oakleigh South, you will focus on meeting sales targets through cross-selling IT hardware, software licensing and cloud services, with outbound calls and monthly reporting.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales/account management or customer service.
• Solid knowledge of IT hardware, software licensing and cloud products/services.
• Experience selling IT brands like HP, Lenovo, IBM, Microsoft; retail/distribution background preferred.
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.

Responsibilities

• Build and develop relationships with key accounts.
• Provide excellent customer service and real-time updates to customers.
• Focus on achieving sales targets through cross-selling and up-selling IT products.
• Make outbound calls to key accounts to grow revenue.
• Analyze market opportunities and initiate contact to pursue new business.
• Prepare monthly sales reports.

About the Role:

As an Inside Sales Representative based in our Melbourne office, you will be responsible for maximising business and customer satisfaction through effective customer relationship building, customer service and growing existing businesswithin a Sales team environment.

You will be responsible for:

• Build and developstrong relationships with key accounts
• Customer Service and providing real-time updates to customers as required
• Focus on deliveringsales targets through cross-selling & up-selling IT-related products.
• Outbound calls to key accounts to foster growth of accounts
• Analyse potential new business, market opportunities & initiating customer contact to pursue opportunities.
• Monthly reporting

Skills and Experience:

The role requires the successful candidate to have:

• Sales account management or customer serviceexperience.
• Solid knowledge of IT hardware, software licensing and cloud products and services.
• Experience in selling products such as HP, Lenovo, IBM and Microsoft; within a retail/distributionenvironment would be ideal.
• Proven capability to achieve set sales targets.
