Wesco Anixter in NSW is seeking an proactive Inside Sales Representative for the Seven Hills branch to grow relationships and drive revenue. You will manage accounts, quote, and deliver product solutions, collaborating with Outside Sales and vendors to ensure a seamless buying experience.

Qualifications

• Inside Sales or account support experience in technology or wholesale distribution (preferred).
• Exposure to electronic security solutions (preferred).
• Strong phone and face-to-face communication with ability to influence outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Account Management: Build and grow long-term customer relationships while expanding activity and opportunities.
• Proactive Sales: Drive growth through outbound engagement and identifying opportunities.
• Collaboration: Work with Outside Sales, vendors, product managers, and customer service across the sales cycle.
• Quoting: Prepare and follow up on quotes, support registrations, and negotiate pricing to protect margins.
• Product & Solution Selling: Recommend products and provide solution-based advice.
• Order Management: Support complex orders for accurate processing and documentation.
• Sales Program Execution: Promote internal and vendor-led programs and campaigns.
• Order Management Support: Assist with complex orders for accurate processing.
• Trade Counter: Assist branch customer service with calls, counter service and product advice.
