Qualifications

• Min 2 years phone-based sales experience.
• Background in selling Tech, Oil & Gas, Rentals, Services preferred but not essential.
• Clear and confident communication (written and verbal).
• Exposure to technical, industrial or engineering environments.
• Dynamic and curious thinker with an interest in sales.
• Coachability and strong follow-up habits.
• Resilience, persistence, and a target-driven mindset.
• Diploma or above required.

Responsibilities

• Engage inbound enquiries and proactively contact customers.
• Ask smart questions to understand needs, timelines, and constraints.
• Identify opportunities for rental, hire, or purchase solutions.
• Follow up quotes and conversations with clear next steps.
• Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline.
• Maintain accurate records in the CRM.
• Work closely with Technical Sales Representatives and branch teams.
• Participate in ongoing sales, product, and industry training.
• Occasionally attend customer meetings, training sessions, or trade events.
