Bunnings Warehouse is hiring an Injury Management Advisor to support injured team members through recovery and return-to-work processes. You will liaise with insurers, site leaders, and medical teams to coordinate progressive return-to-work strategies, ensuring legislative compliance and best practice injury management.

The role is hybrid, combining support office work with site visits, regional duties, and occasional home-based work, requiring allied health expertise and strong stakeholder

Qualifikationen

• Background in allied health with injury management experience.
• Experience managing complex injuries in fast-paced environments.
• Knowledge of NSW/ACT workers compensation and injury management legislation (desirable).
• Strong planning, negotiation and interpersonal skills.

Aufgaben

• Provide early and ongoing injury management support to injured team members.
• Coordinate return-to-work strategies with stakeholders and insurer.
• Facilitate return-to-work meetings and claims reviews to drive positive outcomes.
• Follow injury management policies and audit programs in line with legislation.
