WorkFocus Australia is seeking an experienced Injury Management Consultant to join our South West WA team on a full-time or part-time basis. You will support workplace rehabilitation for large employers and brokers, helping injured workers return to work while delivering excellent customer care.

Qualifikationen

• Requires Australian recognised degree and full accreditation in one of the listed allied health fields.
• Willingness to travel and hold a current vehicle and driver’s licence.
• Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills and dedication to high-quality customer service.
• At least two years’ experience in Workplace Rehabilitation or a similar role.

Aufgaben

• Undertaking worksite, functional, ergonomic, equipment and home assessments
• Identifying Return to Work barriers
• Liaising with clients, insurers, medical practitioners and employers to achieve outcomes
• Designing, implementing and monitoring programs to return injured employees to work
