MedHealth Group, part of the WorkFocus Australia family, is seeking an experienced Injury Management Specialist to join our South West WA team in Bunbury with travel across the region.

You'll support workplace rehabilitation for major employers, brokers and complex claims, conducting site assessments and coordinating return-to-work plans, all while delivering exceptional customer care. Flexible full-time or part-time options are available.

Competenze

• Australian recognised degree and full accreditation in one of the listed professions
• Willingness to travel with a current vehicle and licence
• Two years’ experience in Workplace Rehabilitation or similar
• Exceptional verbal and written communication and strong interpersonal skills

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Injury Management Consultant to join our South West WA team on a full-time or part-time basis!

As an Injury Management Specialist you will play a vital role in the provisionof workplace rehabilitation services to help build better lives through work and health. You will support some of our large employers, brokers and most complex claims. As part of the team you’ll support people to get well and working.

As a valued team member, your responsibilities will include:,

• Undertaking worksite, functional, ergonomic, equipment and home assessments
• Identifying Return to Work (RTW) barriers
• Liaisingwith clients, insurers, medical practitioners andemployersto achieve outcomes appropriate for all parties
• Designing, implementing and monitoringprograms that assist injured employees to return to the workforce.

Relocation support available for the right candidate willing to make the relocate to the South West!

Qualifications

What you’ll bring to the role

• Australian recognised degree qualification and full Accreditation in Occupational Therapy, Exercise Physiology, Chiropractic orPhysiotherapy
• Willingness to travel (A current vehicle and drivers licence is required)
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Determination to consistently provide a high level of customer service
• A keen sense of punctuality and the effective ability to manage your time
• At least two years experience in Workplace Rehabilitation or a similar role
